About Mongoose
A legacy of CX innovation
In 2014 we launched the first CX Platform for Healthcare, earning industry-wide recognition, including Gartner’s Cool Vendor title in 2017 and dozens of Gartner mentions and press features. Over six years our team deployed 20 enterprise products across leading healthcare payers, culminating in a successful private-equity exit in 2020.
What we learned
Experiences don’t fail at the interface. They fail in the work behind it.
Portals can display information. But real outcomes—enrollment, care navigation, claims resolution—depend on fragmented systems, manual processes, and teams buried in complexity.
Integration is slow. Change is harder. And “unified experience” remains out of reach.
A second act, a higher purpose
Mongoose was built to solve that problem at its root. Not another front-end layer. An Experience Layer—where experience and execution converge.
It sits across the front door and the back office, orchestrating the systems, workflows, and agents required to complete real work.
